Time: 1:00 shotgun start
Format: 4) person scramble, must use at least 2 drives from each player.
Prizes: Gross and net prizes will be awarded in Kingwood CC gift certificates.

Entry deadline: Friday, May 27, or when the first 128 paid entries are received.

11:00 Registration, range, and lunch open
12:45 Introduction of Hall of Fame and Jacks of Honor in attendance
1:00 Shotgun start
6:00 Dinner, awards, door prizes, and silent auction
Entry fee includes: Golf, cart, and range fees, Door prizes, player gift, Lunch and Dinner, Silent Auction, Door prizes, and additional gifts, prizes, and awards!

TOURNAMENT SPONSOR - $5,000    Includes: 1 foursome in the golf tournament, and additional rounds of golf at Crown Colony, and Carlton Woods, prominent signage at the event and on the website, logo and name on all promotional material used for the event, recognition at the awards ceremony and dinner.    
Team Sponsor - $1,000    Includes: 1 foursome in the golf tournament, a hole sponsor sign and recognition at the dinner and awards ceremony.
Hole Sponsor - $500    Includes a hole sponsor sign at the event and recognition at dinner and awards
Lunch sponsor - $1,500        Includes recognition at dinner and a hole sponsor sign
Dinner Sponsor - $2,000        Includes recognition at dinner and a hole sponsor sign
Beverage Cart Sponsor - $600    Includes recognition on the cart, at dinner, and a hole sponsor sign
Individual Entry - $175     Includes an entry in all of the day’s events.
