The SFA Alumni Association presents three awards (Outstanding Young Alumnus Award, the Distinguished Professor Award and the Distinguished Alumnus Award) and three Charter Chapter awards on an annual basis. The Hall of Fame Award is presented every five years. The nomination forms are available in PDF form.
