Mission: The Stephen F. Austin State University Alumni Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the alumni, friends and current students of Stephen F. Austin State University through programs, scholarships and activities that create an attitude of continued loyalty and support.

Alumni Association is a separate 501c(3) organization; established in December 1928.

Alumni Foundation is a separate 501c(3) organization; incorporated in December 1970.

Executive Director for Alumni Affairs is the CEO/Executive Director of both the Association and Foundation and reports to the university president and both alumni boards.

Total net assets of the Alumni Association: FYE 2013 - $2,021,515

Total net assets of the Alumni Foundation: FYE 2013 - $23,164,098

Total Contributions & Support: FY 2013 - approx. $2.8 million

Total number of alumni: approx. 99,000 living; 91,131 living mailable

Total number of Life Members of the Alumni Association: 6,790
