Call to Order Chuck Tomberlain

Announce the following business:

Chapter Award Presentation Roger Robinson

The Adoption of proposed revisions to the SFASU Alumni Association by-laws.

The election of officers, directors and committee chairmen for the Alumni Association and officers and governors of the Alumni Foundation.

Board Development Committee Report Katie Nelms

The SFASU Alumni Association Board of Directors unanimously recommends the proposed revisions to the SFASU Alumni Association by-laws which have been available for review on the SFA Alumni Association website and moves that these revisions be adopted by acclamation.

Nominating Committee Report Katie Nelms

The nominating committee unanimously recommends the following officers, directors and committee chairmen for the Alumni Association and chairman and governors of the Alumni Foundation and moves that these persons be elected by acclamation.
