Alumni and friends of Stephen F. Austin State University are invited to attend a pre-game tailgate party on Saturday, Nov. 5. The tailgate will be held on the Lamar University campus at 3 p.m. Food will be served to the first 150 attendees. Kickoff for the football game is scheduled for 6 p.m.
"Football and tailgating go hand in hand, and this is going to be a great event for Lumberjack fans in the Beaumont area,” Jeff Davis, executive director of the SFA Alumni Association said. "We invite everyone to wear purple and come out to support the ’Jacks.”
