SFA Alumni and Fans in and around the Houston are encouraged to spend their Saturday in Katy TX and cheer on the Lumberjacks in person and help us in the effort to get more fans in the stands then Sam Houston. The SFA Lumberjacks will take on Sam Houston State Saturday at the Leonard E. Merrell Center in Katy, TX at 3 p.m. in the Southland Conference title game that will air nationally on ESPN2.  

The winner will capture the Southland Conference Tournament Crown and earn the Southland Conference automatic bid to the NCAA Basketball Tournament.  The SFA Alumni Association will host a pre-game rally in front of the Merrell Center front 1:30pm - 2:30pm. The first 100 Lumberjack Fans in attendance at the pre-game rally will receive a free t-shirt.
