SFA THEATRE ALUMNI EVENT ITINERARY

Friday, October 12
Meet-N-Greet, 7 p.m., Location: Casa Tomas
Saturday, October 13
Welcome
9:00 - 9:30 a.m.
Location: Turner Auditorium
Light refreshments will be provided.
Theatre tours
10 a.m. - Noon
Break into groups for student-guided theatre building/shop tours (other campus tours can be arranged, see reservation page.)
Lunch
Noon - 5:00 p.m.
Location: Baker Pattillo Student Center Regent’s Suites A and B
THE CHECK-OUT PAGE PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE LUNCHES FOR RETIRED AND CURRENT THEATRE FACULTY
Italian lunch buffet and fat-chewing. Remember the good ol’ days with a slide show, photo and memorabilia tables. Anyone who wants to address the group can at this time. (Please bring your photos, programs, etc. and send anything you have scanned.)
Downtime
5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Take a nap, drive around town and see your old apartment, eat again, your choice.
"Little Shop of Horrors"
7:30 – 10 p.m.
ONE free ticket to the evening musical LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS will be given per ALUMNUS. Guest tickets will be at regular prices.$18, $12 senior, $6 student (must have student ID). You MUST contact Diane Flynn at the SFA Box Office at 936.468.6407 to reserve your free ticket (code: SFA Theatricians) and to purchase tickets for guests in the same seating area. Please note: TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER AUGUST 20.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved blocks of 20 rooms at both the Days Inn Nacogdoches and the Hotel Fredonia. Please indicate your preference so we can be sure and have enough rooms, but YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN HOTEL RESERVATIONS BY PHONE TO GET THE DISCOUNTED RATE. Be sure and tell them you are part of the SFA THEATRE REUNION.

All rooms at the Days Inn have double beds, most have a king and a double bed, great for sharing. All rooms $65 + tax. Includes breakfast. The block is reserved for both FRIDAY, October 12 and SATURDAY, October 13, however, they are aware that some reservations may be for one night only. This hotel is pet friendly for an extra $20/night.

There are three different types of rooms reserved at the Fredonia (all cabanas were reserved, but you can ask.) They reserved us rooms as follows:
10 - Oak Terrace rooms with 2 queens @ $99 + tax
2 - Oak Terrace rooms with one king @ 99 + tax
4 - Tower rooms with 1 queen @ $100 + tax
8 - Tower rooms with 2 queens @ $112.50 + tax
1 - Tower room with king @ $112.50 + tax
