Homecoming Auction Kickoff Celebration

Join the SFA Alumni Association as we kick off our 2023 Homecoming Online Auction. Enjoy complimentary Lumberjack-themed eats and treats, cash bar (2 free drink tickets for life members), photo booth, SFA giveaways, live music, and more!

Visit SFAAlumni.com/Auction to bid on your favorite items and help raise money for SFA alumni programming!

Our auction raises money for the operations of the SFA Alumni Association and scholarships providing a fun way for alumni to participate by donating and bidding. Our goal is to raise $100,000 in honor of SFA's Centennial. The auction includes everything from travel packages to VIP experiences to custom SFA items.

"Back in Nac" Social

Nine Flags Bar, The Fredonia Hotel, 200 N. Fredonia

To kick off the weekend, join fellow alumni for the happiest of all happy hours at the "Back in Nac" Social. Enjoy purple margaritas (for purchase), complimentary Lumberjack-themed bites, awesome appetizer specials, live music by Shay Domann, photo booth and more! Be sure to go by after the bonfire festivities for late-night specials, too.

Homecoming Jack Track Bus Shuttle  
7:30 PM - 12 AM

Free shuttle service between the bonfire and The Fredonia Hotel. Bus shuttle runs every 15 minutes.

Bonfire, Drone Show and Concert  
Bonfire begins at 8 PM at the Intramural Fields
Drone Show and Concert to follow

Show your school spirit as SFA alumni, students, and the Nacogdoches community gather to cheer on the SFA football team, cheerleaders, dance team, and band! Fireworks, drone show and special performances will conclude the night's festivities! 

Live concert featuring Pat Green, Hailey Whitters, and Big Joe Walker.

Homecoming Flap "Jack" Breakfast
7:30 - 10 AM
The Fredonia Hotel Convention Center, 200 N. Fredonia St.
Cost: $10 per person; FREE for Life Members
 
Enjoy breakfast like a Lumberjack with flap "jacks." Decorate your meal with purple goodies, take photos with the SFA cheer and dance teams, get creative at our coloring wall, and listen to live music!
 

Homecoming Parade
10 AM
Downtown Nacogdoches

Celebrate SFA and enjoy themed floats, music, and pageantry. The parade is FREE for all to attend. This year's theme is "SFA Centennial."

The parade route goes west on Hospital Street to East Pecan Street; east on Main Street to Walker Street, where the bands and floats with small children will go back to T.J.R. Middle School.

Alumni Corner Tailgate
1 PM - Kickoff
Alumni Corner, corner of Raguet and Hayter streets

Join the SFA Alumni Association for delicious BBQ and a signature drink, a viewing lounge with Wi-Fi powered by Optimum, SFA swag, tailgate games, a cash bar and live music by Galaxy (Alumni Band).

Alumni Corner is FREE for Alumni Association members; $20 for non-members; $5 for children ages 10 and under (with adult). Each person receives a complimentary drink ticket for the signature drink of the day.

Alumni Fall Fest
1 PM - Kickoff
Alumni Corner, corner of Raguet and Hayter streets

Enjoy the family friendly fall fest with the Skoolz Out gaming bus, bounce house and slide, inflatable axe throwing, obstacle course, petting zoo, Kona premium tropical shaved ice, purple popcorn, 360 photo booth, balloon animals, candy and prizes. The first 100 kids receive a FREE "Future Lumberjacks" t-shirt. The event is FREE and fun for children of all ages.

      


Homecoming Football Game
4 PM
Homer Bryce Stadium, SFA Campus

Cheer on the Lumberjacks as they face Abilene Christian University! Visit www.sfajacks.com to purchase game tickets or call 936-468-JACK (5225).

The EXCLUSIVE ticket link below gives anyone who purchases through the link access to group price savings for the game. In addition, for every ticket purchased through this link, a portion of the proceeds goes directly back to the SFA Alumni Association.
