The Student Foundation Association, a group of student leaders, has been raising money for four years for the purpose of endowing a leadership scholarship for incoming freshmen. The scholarship marks a unique opportunity for student leaders at SFA to help support the leaders of the future. The scholarship funds are raised by selling the Walk of Recognition bricks which are located in front of the Stephen F. Austin statue. The Student Foundation Association members will continue to sell bricks in hope of establishing more scholarships in the years to come.
