Alumni golfers and friends play in tournaments to benefit the SFA Scholarship Fund. Join one of the following tournaments and hit the greens and have fun adding funds to the SFA Scholarship Fund.

2008 Tournaments

April 26	2nd Annual TKE Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament at Woodland Hills Golf Club, 359 CR 5021 (off Hwy 59) in Nacogdoches. Check-in and lunch at 12:15p.m.; shot-gun start at 1 p.m. $100 per player, includes lunch and beverages. Hole sponsors available for $300. For info, contact Jeff Davis at 800-765-1534, 936.468-3407. May 2	Annual Coach Maco Stewart Reunion and Golf Tournament at Alpine Golf Course in Longview. Lunch: 11:30 to 12:30. Tee time at 1 p.m. Entry fee: $50. During the past 12 years, Longview Lobos from the 1940s and 1950s and friends have added more than $200,000 to the SFA Alumni Scholarship Fund in honor of Coach Stewart and teacher Adijo Whitaker Williams.
June 7	SFA Band Golf Tournament at Wildwood Golf Course in Village Mills, south of Woodville on Hwy 69 South. Registration and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; tee time at 1 p.m. Entry fee: $60. June 7	SFA Lumberjack Golf Tournament at Forest Creek Golf Club, 99 Twin Ridge Pkwy in Round Rock, 512-388-2874. Entry fee: $85. Registration at 1 p.m.; shot-gun start at 2 p.m. Four-player scramble. Aug. 1	15th Annual Gregg County-East Texas Exes Golf Tournament at Wood Hollow Golf Course in Longview. Lunch: 11:30 to 12:30, tee off at 12:30. Six-person scramble, $110 per person. Sept. 13	Lettermen's Association Golf Tournament at Piney Woods Country Club in Nacogdoches. Entry Fee: $150 per player.
